Our terms explain the relationship between Akash Enterprises (owner of Automixa), the user, and the rules governing Instagram automation workflows.
Use of the service
Automixa is intended for lawful business use with Meta-connected Instagram professional accounts. Users are responsible for ensuring their automation content and business practices comply with Meta policies and applicable law.
Account responsibility
Each user is responsible for the Meta account they connect, the automation rules they create, and the messages sent through their configuration. Automixa does not grant access to accounts that are not authorized by the user.
Billing and plans
Paid plans expand account volume and feature access. Billing changes, upgrades, and subscription verification are processed through the payment infrastructure configured in the product.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Automixa to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spam content. We may suspend service when there is evidence of misuse, security abuse, or policy violations.
Termination and deletion
Users may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts when necessary to protect the service, platform integrity, or legal compliance. Data deletion requests are handled according to the privacy policy and deletion instructions page.
