This policy explains how Automixa (a product of Akash Enterprises) handles login, automation, and lead data for customers and platform review teams.
Information we collect
Automixa collects data strictly necessary to provide our automation services. This includes Meta account identifiers, Instagram professional profiles, connected Facebook Page IDs, and metadata for Instagram interactions (comments and messages) that trigger automation rules.
Meta Platform Compliance
We strictly adhere to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use the Instagram Graph API to access only the data for which you have provided explicit permission. Your data is used solely to facilitate the automation flows you configure within the Automixa dashboard.
How we use data
We use this information to authenticate users, manage automation triggers, and process real-time comment/DM responses. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain data only as long as your account is active. Users can request total data deletion at any time by emailing info@automixa.in or following the instructions on our Data Deletion page. Upon request, all Meta-related tokens and stored interaction logs are permanently removed.
